Description

    Medieval Masia with the seal of Señor Feudal (1540), XII-XVI centuries, located at the end of the Pujals dels Cavallers, in Cornellà de Terri, 5 minutes from Bañolas. Masía rectangular plant developed in pb + 2pp and tiled roof facing two sides. The ground floor, with Girona stone and wooden beams, is distributed in a large kitchen, pantry, a bathroom, room with fireplace, a machine room and another multipurpose room where an exceptional winery is located. On the first floor, we find the noble room with baroque ceilings that present an excellent state of conservation, there are also 6 double rooms, all with its corresponding bathroom. On the second floor, it is currently a diaphanous room with capacity for 4 double rooms and a viewpoint All the carpentry (doors, windows and balconies) is of noble wood. In the totality of the farmhouse, an integral reform was made about 30 years ago, with a high degree of rigor and work, although it was conditioned in case in the future it was wanted to make a use as rural tourism, the original architecture of the age. Outside the house, we find a large garden area, with an area with barbecues, sauna, bathrooms and a large pool.
